Our Vision
Our mission is to promote and support women working in compliance, risk, audit, legal and related fields in Luxembourg by building a strong, visible and engaged community around ethics and integrity.
Our vision is a Luxembourg ecosystem in which women in compliance are fully recognised as key actors in organisational performance, transparency and trust.
Who We Are
Women in Compliance Luxembourg is a non-profit association created to support, connect and promote women working in compliance and related functions in Luxembourg.

The association originated from a simple observation:
while compliance is becoming increasingly central within organisations, the women working in this space often remain under-represented, under-recognised and sometimes isolated in their professional journeys.

Our aim is to provide a safe, supportive and professional community where women can:

gain confidence in their ability to lead and influence.

- share their experiences
Our Ethical Commitment
